The Greater New Haven St. Patrick’s Day Parade Committee is signing up marchers and musical units for its 2010 parade for Sunday, March 14, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. in downtown New Haven.  If your organization is interested in being part of the sixth oldest St. Patrick’s Day Parade in the Nation, email Eileen Sullivan Donadio, Parade Coordinator at grnhspdparade@comcast.net or apply online here >

 The Greater New Haven parade is Connecticut’s largest single-day spectator event.  It has received national recognition as part of the Library of Congress Local Legacies Project, which commemorates and celebrates America’s richly diverse culture.

Please note while looking at this route map that the parade starts at Chapel Street and Sherman Avenue and ends at Grove and Orange Streets   
   
Parking for Spectators:
 		 Free automobile parking is allowed for spectators in all Yale University parking lots around the campus except for the restricted lots with
red signs,which are gate controlled.
